All services must be paid in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept Credit or Debit cards. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Clients must provide accurate and complete information when submitting samples or requesting services. PropMed Bioscreen Solutions is not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect or incomplete client information.

Test results will be delivered according to the timelines specified at the time of service. Results will only be delivered once the full balance has been paid in its entirety. PropMed Bioscreen Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by third-party laboratories or mailing services.
