Refund Policy

All sales at PropMed Bioscreen Solutions are final. Due to the nature of our services—including manual fingerprinting, DNA testing, and Non-DOT drug testing—no refunds or exchanges will be issued once a service has been paid for and /or rendered. Additionally, all retainer fees are non-refundable after payment has been submitted and your appointment and date have been reserved. Please ensure that you review your order and appointment details carefully before payment.

Retest Policy for Invalid Tests

In the event that a test result is deemed invalid or inconclusive due to a procedural error, sample contamination, or laboratory processing issue, PropMed Bioscreen Solutions will offer one retest at a discounted rate, provided the original test was conducted through our facility. This retest must be requested within one week of the original test date. Only one complimentary retest is offered under these circumstances.

Please note that retests do not apply to invalid results caused by client error, such as improper sample collection or failure to follow instructions.
